The Grounds

Kirkhill Mansion has over 30 acres of beautiful rugged woodland, with over 3000 established trees in the estate, the North Esk River running around half of the boundry, you are almost guaranteed seasonal sightings of deer, bats, trout, rabbits, water voles, wood peckers and numerous song birds.

There are beautiful walks nearby and throughout the grounds the rear of the property faces to the west so it gets the sun all day long. There are a number of patio seating areas including one to the rear of the property that seats up to 20 people. And where better to take in the breathtaking views than in the outdoor hot tub.
