The Grand Hall

The Grand Hall is the pinnacle of the house, although used day-to-day as a large lounge, this is where weddings and special event often take place. The patio doors lead out to a picturesque view of the pentland hills, a great place to relax and let the day go by.

There is a selection of fine books for the guests to read, aswell as a plasma TV with Digi box, a stereo with Ipod connection, a DVD and a playstation 2 for use with groups of families. Unforunately DVD's and games are limited so therefore we encourade guests to bring their own. There is a number of board games and a stunning antique card table for those who are up to the challenge. The lounge extended into the dining room and both rooms are used as one for an event.
