Boutique Bedrooms

Kirkhill Mansion has 15 rooms, set over two floors of the house, with a mix of super kings, doubles and family rooms which have a superking and a set of bunk beds. We can accommodate up to 40 people in the Mansion in various setups, and have plenty of spare beds and bedding to go around should they be required for a larger group.

First floor guest bedrooms have either a view of the front gardens or of the dramatic Pentland hills, with lower ground floor rooms having a view of the landscaped garden well.

First Floor Bedrooms include Rooms 1 to 8, which are all ensuite but one - Room 7 has a private bathroom and toilet across the hall. Room 2 is a family room.

Lower Ground floor Bedrooms include Rooms 9 to 12 which are all ensuite and 14 and 15 which share a bathroom and toilet along the hall way.

All rooms have a TV, Tea and Coffee making facilites and a hairdryer. Iron and ironing boards and DVD players are available on request.
