Kirkhill Mansion lies amongst 30 acres of beautiful gardens and woods. It feels like miles from the rest of the world in its lush and  tranquil setting - yet you are only 9 miles from the City Centre of Edinburgh!

Sleeping is easy at Kirkhill Mansion.

Rooms are arranged primarily on the first floor West Wing which contains the Dundas Room, Esk View, Roe Buck and Valley Vista. The East wing has the Bridal Suite, the Kirby-Mackman, Heather and Thistle rooms.

The lower ground floor sports the Music Suite; the Laird’s Hideaway; Ivy and Charger Suites. We also have the Dome which is a beautiful room available opposite the Spa area. The Dome does not have ensuite facilities as each of its walls are between 2 and 5 feet thick! - the bathroom facilities consisting of a double shower wetroom and sepaarate WC are across the hall.
